CONS

Not having any neighbours can be a disadvantage when you go on holiday and there's nobody to take care of your house.

You have to mow the lawn, trim the trees, fix and repair everything.

Repair costs are very high.

It is more expensive to look after.

As it's usually in the suburbs, you need a car to get to work.

It takes more time to clean.

You have less free time if you have a detached house, because you always have something to do.
