Beszédfunkciók

A beszédfunkciók listája azokat a kommunikációs szándékokat foglalja össze, amelyek B1, illetve B2 szinten a vizsgázóktól elvárható. C1 szinten a beszédfunkciók köre nem bővül tovább. A B2 és C1 szint közötti különbség a nyelvi megvalósítás minőségében mutatkozik meg.

Be on the alert - watchful and attentive for someone or something.

Be out of breath - breathing fast and hard; gasping for breath. (*Typically: be ~; get ~.) I ran so much that I got out of breath. Mary gets out of wind when she climbs stairs. Elfogy a levegő.

Be out of sy’s mind -   Fig. to be silly and senseless; to be crazy and irrational. (*Typically: be ~; go ~.) Why did you do that? You must be out of your mind! Don't drive so fast, Tom! You have to be out of your head! -  Elment az eszed?

Come to think of it, did he give me his number after all? I think, he may have forgotten. (Sudden idea, makes you realize there may be a problem about something, I almost forgot it)

Belief and opinion - in essay writing, useful oral expressions

Verbs connected with beliefs and opinions - I think/ I believe:


I'm convinced we've met before. (very strong feeling that you're right)
I feel she shouldn't be forced to do the job. (strong personal opinion)
I reckon they'll get married soon. (informal, usually an opinion about what is likely to happen)
I doubt we'll ever see total world peace. (don't believe)
I suspect a lot of people never even think about pollution when they're driving their own car. (have a strong feeling about something negative)
